This white pul is waterproof, has a some one-way stretch.
Eco-friendly PUL fabric is made with a solvent-free, environmentally friendly adhesive. The lamination film is also safe in contact with skin. No toxic wastes or VOCs.
Fabric is not pre-cut. Multiples are given one continuous piece.

This PUL fabric is a slightly heavier quality than I have used before. It is very sturdy but still super easy to sew with. And it has less stretch than what I have used before. I much prefer this PUL! I use it to line wet bags for diapers and cosmetics.
